What We're About
We believe change starts first in our own lives. Then our communities. Then our cities. Then our states. Then our nation.
We believe change starts first in our own lives. Then our communities. Then our cities. Then our states. Then our nation.
Our Mission
Raising up leaders of a nation from unlikely places to influence our culture with principles of honor and integrity, through the arts, media & entertainment; with a focus on at-risk youth.
Our Vision
When MLK Jr. knocked down the walls of segregation he started with Birmingham, Alabama, the most segregated city in America; because he knew if he could change this city it would change the rest of the nation. And he was right!

We believe in the same theory.

Start by changing the lives of the ones causing the largest strain on society – men from the most violent prisons in America, gang members, juvenile delinquents, the trouble-makers in school.....
We are seeking the "outcasts" of society to transform into great leaders. Why? Because these are the risk-takers, they're hustlers, bold, fearless, and don't follow the crowd - all the makings of a natural-born leader!

They simply need to be taught how to lead with righteousness and integrity. And we believe with the right resources, mentors and programs these very people have the ability to become some of our greatest leaders and create solutions to some of the most pressing problems facing our nation.
