If you are submitting a story to be considered for publication please follow these important guidelines:

• Tell your story in 1,000 words or less. 

• If you are submitting on someone else's behalf, make sure they are okay with their story being made public.

• Include important elements of what makes your story worth telling:

  • What impact has it made on someone else's life or community?

  • If there was a tragedy or "dark side", what good or redemptive quality came out of it?

• Include 3-5 important elements of the story: the highlights, the good, the bad and the ugly

 

Include your contact information: Name, phone number, and email.
