Who We Are

Words have power and names have meaning. So, some years back when I found out my middle name, Nicole, meant "The People's Victory", I didn't feel it was coincidence. Having gone through my pit and "prison" experience, I refused to believe it was without purpose; as I believe all things are working towards our good and eventual destiny if we are truly seeking it.

Through my dark and rugged journey I realized that in order to lead we have to walk in the man's shoes that we are leading. I realized that pain can take people to places they never intended on going, and oftentimes, until you've walked that path it's hard to understand how people can end up in some of the situations they find themselves in.

My pain taught me humility, compassion, resiliency, and perseverance, but most of all that it's never too late to change. And no one is beyond God's redemptive power.

And so "The People's Victory" was born; to empower people to take their places of greatest pain and turn it into passionate purpose to bring effectual change in their lives, communities and cities.

So who are we?

We are a team of people with a diverse set of skills. We are entrepreneurs, writers, film-makers, community influencers, servant-leaders and more....but most importantly we are a team of people who have a heart for God, truly desire to help people, and want to see America changed for the better.

"When I found myself at my lowest point in my life.

Betrayed by those I loved and trusted. No job or money. Nothing but my embittered soul. I knew this was not where I wanted my story to end. I knew there would only be two outcomes to my pain.

I'd either become bitter or better.

I chose better."

but now that I'm finally here I plan to raise up multitudes of other wounded warriors.

Remember it's not how you start, but how you finish. So, watch out, because the next 50 years are going to be powerful!"

I believe He has a plan for everyone and finding that plan requires prayer and intimacy with God.
